Delivery & returns
This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version is the only legally binding one.
Lead times
Pieces are shipped within 7 working days after the quote is approved. For made-to-measure orders, allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Where we deliver
The workshop delivers within France and to the countries of the European Union. Within the European Union, there are no customs duties to pay on delivery.
Delivery methods and prices
The delivery price is shown in your quote, so you know it before you approve anything.
- Home delivery in France: Colissimo, 3 to 5 days after dispatch, from €12
- Chronopost pickup point (Shop2Shop): in France only; you choose your pickup point when you request your quote
- Home delivery in the European Union: usually 4–8 working days after dispatch; the price depends on the destination and the size of the piece, and the workshop sets it out in your quote
- Collection from the workshop: Villemomble, free, by appointment
Packaging
Each piece travels in a made-to-measure box, wedged with recycled kraft paper. No plastic, no polystyrene.
Returns
Made-to-measure lampshades and one-of-a-kind pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, Code de la consommation). For uncut fabric remnants and standard accessories, you have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us, in its original condition.
Damage in transit
If you receive a damaged piece, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will cover the replacement.
